Our Clients only pay for the energy they use when they use it without any initial capital investment or equipment maintenance contracts

Quimera Energy will design, install, manage and maintain a brand new state of the art energy plant facility delivering an efficient supply of thermal energy to our partners building.

Energy as a service (EaaS). Offers a complete retrofit of equipment such as chillers and boilers or adding renewable energy solutions like solar PV or heat pumps under an energy supply contract. Under this scheme, our clients effectively outsource the thermal energy supply for heating and cooling of the building to Quimera Energy so that they only pay for the energy consumed when it is consumed without any capital investments in the new equipment or costly maintenance contracts. Our EaaS clients benefit from a lower unit cost due to the energy efficiency improvement (Optimised energy price) as well as reduced emissions.
