Quimera Energy Efficiency (QEE) is pleased to announce a new collaboration with the Jumeirah Himalayas Hotel Shanghai. This modern luxury Hotel situated in Shanghai, China is the first property belonging to the Jumeirah Group in Asia Pacific to engage with Quimera Energy Efficiency in the region.
This new partnership with QEE will reduce energy consumption at the Jumeriah Himalayas Hotel and therefore reduce utility costs as well as reducing the Hotels carbon emissions and so promoting environmental sustainability. To achieve this result QEE will deploy it’s proven “Monitor&Save” program. This performance-based solution delivers the latest IoT and Smart Building technology incorporating the state of the art machine based learning techniques that QEE has developed with partner company Wisestate.
The Hotels existing HVAC system along with all the other systems in the property will benefit from the optimisation process which is at the centre of QEE’s Monitor&Save program which delivers the optimal functionality with the lowest energy consumption possible. The monitoring system that is installed by QEE as part of this process provides a real-time consumption and energy saving data. These results are then accessible to the Hotels engineering team 24 hours a day on an easily understood and highly visual digital dashboard. All this is achieved without any infringement whatsoever on the guest experience or level of comfort.
QEE designs each platform to match the individual nature of each property and recognises that, like the care and attention given to each guest, QEE will also deliver the same level of attention and service to each Hotels engineering team.
Quimera Energy recognises the goals and needs of the hotel and provides it’s tailored solutions and constant support to reduce the energy consumption, utility costs and emissions of the Hotel and all at no cost to the client.
