
Quimera Energy executes its global expansion strategy and establishes collaboration with Mexican hospitality sector leader, Grupo Posadas, to implement energy efficiency projects.
A globally recognised and the largest Mexican hotel chain, Grupo Posadas, has selected QE to be its energy efficiency partner, assisting the company’s hotels efficient management and use of energy. Starting end of January 2016, the triggering project will take place at one of the largest Grupo Posadas hotels in Mexico City, where QE’s team will minimise energy usage by applying its “Monitor&Save” methodology. Honouring QE’s motto “No savings – No fees” its business model is based on an Energy Services COmpany (ESCO) revenue-sharing scheme, where QE’s revenue source is coming exclusively from clients’ energy bills reduction.
